  • 2 lb
    new potatoes
  • 3/4 c
    old bay seasoning
  • 2 lb
    smoked sausage cut in 2" pieces
  • 12
    corn, husked and quartered
  • 4 lb
    unpeeled shrimp

How To Make low country boil

  • 1
    Bring 6 quarts of water to boil, add seasoning

    Add potatoes and cook 15 minutes

    Add sausage, cook 5 minutes

    Add cor cook 5 minutes

    Add shrimp cook 3 minutes

    Drain and serve
