Ingredients For low carb tuna melt

  • 1 can
    tuna in water
  • 1 sm
    onion
  • 1 stalk
    celery
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 2
    fresh portabello mushrooms stems removed
  • 2
    slices cheese i like cheddar

How To Make low carb tuna melt

  • 1
    Mix tuna with chopped celery onions and mayonnaise Salt and pepper to taste.

    In a pan sauté mushroom caps for about two minutes per side. Then fill with tuna top with cheese put into a 300 degree oven till out and bubble.

    Serve with a small green salad.
