1 cantuna in water

1 smonion

1 stalkcelery

1/2 cmayonnaise

2fresh portabello mushrooms stems removed

2slices cheese i like cheddar
How To Make low carb tuna melt

1Mix tuna with chopped celery onions and mayonnaise Salt and pepper to taste.

2In a pan sauté mushroom caps for about two minutes per side. Then fill with tuna top with cheese put into a 300 degree oven till out and bubble.

3Serve with a small green salad.
