Ingredients For lemon shrimp scampi

  • 1 lb
    uncooked shrimp
  • 1 lb
    linguine, uncooked
  • 1/2 md
    lemon-juiced
  • 4 tsp
    butter
  • 4 clove
    garlic-minced
  • 1/2 md
    onion-chopped

How To Make lemon shrimp scampi

    Melt Butter in a deep, nonstick Skillet over med/ high Heat. Add in Chopped Onion and Garlic until fragrant.

    Add in Shrimp and until pink. In a big Saucepan, Cook Pasta until Al-dente'.

    To the Skillet, Add in cooked Pasta. Squeeze in the 1/2 of the lemon, avoiding seeds if all cost Tip: I cut the lemon, then juice that 1/2 cut side up!
