1inch piece of ginger grated

2carrots cut into matchsticks

1 bunchbaby bok choy chopped

4green onions chopped

1/4 csoy sauce

2 Tbspeach mirin and brown sugar
How To Make korean glass noodle vegetable stir fry

1Cook the glass noodles according to package directions. Drain and cut up with kitchen shears to make them easier to eat. Set aside.

2Add sesame oil to pan and add the garlic, ginger, carrots and bok choy. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Add the green onions and noodles into the pan and stir fry 2 more minutes.

3Mix the soy sauce, mirin and brown sugar together and pour over the noodles and veggies and cook about 3 minutes. serve
