Ingredients For kimberly's chili beans

  • Lg pkg
    pinto beans
  • 1 pkg
    ground beef
  • 3 can
    small diced tomatos
  • 4 lg
    bell pepper
  • 3 can
    tomato paste
  • 2 lg
    onions
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 clove
    garlic
  • 1 pkg
    chili seasoning
  • 1 c
    chedder cheese, grated
  • 1 sm
    green onions
  • 2 can
    kidney beans, canned

How To Make kimberly's chili beans

    Clean your beans well and let them set over night then place them in deep pot with water covering the top of beans let cook on med. for about 1 hr.then brown your ground beef , with onions chop your bell peppers I use red and green and I chop everything small drain fat off meat add to beans with bell peppers

    add to that the tomato paste, diced tomatos,sugar,minced garlic, chili seasoning ,kidney beanscook low and slow about 2 hrs. stir on occ.

    the longer cooked better they are :)top with chedder cheese , green onions,sour cream if you like .
