A very hearty one pot meal that was a childhood favorite. It can also feed a crowd by adding just a little more to the pot. Also look for a good quality polish kielbasa if you can find a butcher shop that makes their own all the better. I have a couple in the Cleveland area that will ship to California for me with a minimum order. If you contact me I'll give you the names. I make this with Smoked Pork Chops instead of Kielbasa too, also very tasty.

2 lbpolish kielbasa

2 qtsauerkraut ( if you have homade even better)

1"sinker dumpling" recipe from my recipe box

12oz canbeer
How To Make kielbasa, sauerkraut, and dumplings

1Add sauerkraut to dutch oven

2slice and add kielbasa

3add dumplings

4add beer
-
5bring to a boil, reduce to a low boil until most of the liquid has reduced. About 1 hour.
