Ingredients For keilbasa skillet

  • 8 slice
    bacon
  • 1 sm
    onion
  • 5 sm
    potatoes
  • 14 oz
    jar/can sourkraut
  • 1/2 stick
    butter
  • 1 lb
    keilbasa

How To Make keilbasa skillet

    Brown bacon till crisp, remove from pan, cut up in pieces.

    Add chopped onion to pan drippings and saute for 5 mins on low.

    Cut up pototoes into bite size pieces and add to onions. Brown on med heat 15 mins to cook potatoes through.

    Add bacon, butter and drained jar/can of sour kraut, stir and brown for 5 mins on low.

    Add cut up keilbasa. Cover and let cook on low for 20 mins till keilbasa is warmed through.
