I serve this with Angel Hair Pasta. You can also use raw turkey breast in place of the veal, and pork tenderloin. Just slice and pound it like you wood the veal.

  • 12 oz
    veal, turkey breast, or pork tenderloin
  • 8 lg
    shrimp 16-20
  • 2 oz
    chicken stock
  • 2 oz
    white wine, dry
  • 2 md
    lemon wedges
  • 2 oz
    romano cheese, grated
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsley finely chopped

How To Make karl's veal seaside

    Cut veal into 2 ounce peaces and pound to 1/8 inch.

    Saute veal in to ounces of butter and add shrimp,chicken stock,white wine,and squeese lemon. Simmer for 2 minutes.

    Just befor it is done add the romano cheese. And serve.
