I serve this with Angel Hair Pasta. You can also use raw turkey breast in place of the veal, and pork tenderloin. Just slice and pound it like you wood the veal.

2 ozchicken stock

2 ozwhite wine, dry

2 mdlemon wedges

2 ozromano cheese, grated

1 Tbspparsley finely chopped
How To Make karl's veal seaside

1Cut veal into 2 ounce peaces and pound to 1/8 inch.

2Saute veal in to ounces of butter and add shrimp,chicken stock,white wine,and squeese lemon. Simmer for 2 minutes.

3Just befor it is done add the romano cheese. And serve.
