Ingredients For jumbo lump crab cakes

1 lbjumbo lump crabmeat

3/4 citalian seasoned breadcrumbs (or plain if you prefer
-
1/4--1/2 cmiracle whip salad dressing (or regular mayo if you prefer )

1/4 tsppepper
-
1 tspdry mustard ( or dijon )
-
1/4 cchopped onions
-
1 tspbaking power (if baking in oven)
-
2eggs
-
1 tspworchestershire sauce
-
dashcooking oil spray
How To Make jumbo lump crab cakes

1Mix all ingredients except the crab in a bowl. Add crabmeat and mix gently but thoroughly. Shape into 6 cakes.

2Place the cakes on parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Spray with a small amount of cooking oil. Bake at 375' for 30 minutes.

3The crabcakes can be fried if you prefer. Enjoy !!
