Ingredients For japanese chicken, beans and mushrooms with rice

1/2 cmedium grained white rice

1 tsppeanut oil

8 ozchicken breast, thinly sliced

1/4 csliced onion

1/2 lbgreen beans, cleaned, de-stemmed

2 clovegreen garlic (or 1 teaspoon minced garlic)

4 ozshiitake or baby bella mushrooms
-
1 Tbspsliced daikon radish (substitute other variety if necessary)

1 1/2 Tbspsaki, or rice vinegar
-
1 1/2 Tbsptamari or soy sauce

sesame oil, to drizzle
How To Make japanese chicken, beans and mushrooms with rice

1Prepare rice per package directions.

2While rice cooks, heat peanut oil in wok or large skillet. Add chicken, stir fry. Add onions, beans (snap in half if desired),garlic, sliced or quartered mushrooms, radish slices. Stir fry for a few minutes until beans are bright green.

3Add soy sauce and sake or rice vinegar, Stir everything together. Put individual serving of rice into bowl, add chicken and veggie mixture. Drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
