We found a local farm that raises their meat as we would if we farmed. This farm raises goats for milk and meat. My husband has become a fan of goat recently and wanted to try curried goat. After searching the internet for inspiration, we found this recipe. It was a hit on the first try! The aromas and flavors are amazing and perfect for a cool fall day.
