4 ozcooked crispy pancetta, crumbled

8 ozshredded mozzarella cheese

2 cheavy cream

3eggs, lightly beaten

1/8 tspground pepper

1/8 tspground nutmeg

1/4 csliced black olives

2 Tbspkalamata olives, roughly chopped

2 Tbsppimento stuffed olives, roughly chopped

2 Tbspfresh chopped parsley (divided)
How To Make italian kissed tres olives quiche

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9 ½ inch glass pie plate with crust.

2Sprinkle crumbled pancetta over bottom of crust; top with cheese.

3In large bowl, whisk together, heavy cream, eggs, pepper and nutmeg. Stir in black olives, kalamata olives, pimento olives, and 1 tablespoon parsley. Pour over crust.

4Bake in preheated oven for approximately 1 hour, until top is golden; cool slightly. Sprinkle with additional 1 tablespoon parsley. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
