Ingredients For ~ ip bean-less chili ( keto )

1 Tbspavocado oil

1 smonion diced plus small zuchinni , sliced

1green bell pepper diced
-
3 clovegarlic minced
-
1/2 csliced celery
-
1 lblean ground beef
-
1 Tbsppaprika
-
1/2 tspcayenne or to taste

1/8 tspall spice - optional - i like it

28 ozcrushed tomato
-
14 ozfire roasted tomatoes

2 Tbsptomato paste plus 1/2 cup water
-
1 tspsea salt
-
1/4 tsppepper
-
1packet, truvia
-
1bay leaf
How To Make ~ ip bean-less chili ( keto )

1Turn Instant Pot to sauté. Once hot add oil, onion, celery, pepper and garlic. Stir and cook about 3 min. Add beef and zucchini and break up meat as cooking. Drain if needed.

2Add spices. Add all remaining ingredients and stir to combine well. Cover set tab to seal. High pressure...set 10 minutes. Let it release steam naturally. Once steam is released, remove lid and stir. If want thicker, turn back onto saute and cook until thickness desired. Taste and adjust seasoning to desired taste.

3Enjoy with cheese, avocado and sour cream if desired.
