Ingredients For impossible easy meatball and stir fry pie

  • 1 pkg
    (16oz.) frozen stir fry vegetables, thawed and drained
  • 1 c
    shredded mozzerala, divided
  • 16 to 20 meatballs (frozen) or home made
  • 1/2 c
    chopped onion
  • 1/2 c
    bisquick mix
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 2
    eggs

How To Make impossible easy meatball and stir fry pie

  • 1
    heat oven to 400 degrees. grease deep dish pie pan.
  • 2
    mix together stir fry, 1/2 cup mozzerella, meatballs,and onion. put in pan.
  • 3
    stir remaining ingredients until blended. pour over meatball mixture.
  • 4
    bake 30 to 35 minutes until knife inserted comes out clean. sprinkle 1/2 cup mozzerella over top. bake 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. let stand 5 minutes before serving.
