Ingredients For hungarian style sausage and peppers

sausage

1 or 2onions

1or2bell peppers

3 or 4 Tbspheaping of paparika

2 Tbspcooking oil of butter.
How To Make hungarian style sausage and peppers

1heat oil in a large skillet

2add you onion it should be sliced in half slices.save some of the onion to add at the end.

3once onion is caramelized remove pan from the heat and add your paprika and mix well (if to don't remove the pan from the heat you will burn the paprika)

4return to the heat and add peppers and sausage(it is ok to precook sausage a little before hand)

5add about 1/4 cup of water and cover

6Let cook til sausage is done, just about 5 mins or so before done add the lastof your onions.

7Try not to over cook as that will just cook all your peppers and onion into a mushy pile of nothingness.
