Ingredients For hot oil noodles

4 ozrice noodles

1 cleafy greens like arugula or spinach or bok choy

1 tspeach white soy sauce and dark soy sauce

1/2 tspchinese black vinegar
-
2 tspsugar
-
pinchcrushed red pepper flakes

2 clovegarlic minced
-
3 Tbsppeanut oil
-
chopped peanuts, cilantro and sesame seeds for garnish
How To Make hot oil noodles

1Boil the noodles according to package directions. When they are almost done add the leafy green and blanch for a few seconds. Drain.

2Place the noodles in a bowl. Mix the white soy sauce, dark soy sauce, black vinegar, sugar and red pepper flakes together. Pour over the noodles.

3Place the oil in the same pan as noodles and add the garlic cook about 1 minute. Pour over the noodles. Garnish with nuts, sesame seeds, and cilantro
