This was a meal that was made when there were a lot of people to feed~Aunt's Uncle's cousin's etc. It makes alot of food and I find it to be comfort food.

Ingredients For hot dish

  • 1 pkg
    elbow macaroni, cooked
  • IN FRYING PAN
  • 1 1/2 lb
    hamburger
  • 1
    green bell peppers chopped
  • 1
    onion chopped
  • BROWN OFF HAMBURGER~DRAIN GREASE~MIX IN
  • 2 can
    cream of tomato soup
  • BRING SOUP AND MEAT TO A SIMMER AND SIMMER 15-20 MINUTES. THE SOUP WILL GET DARKER AND THICKER. YOU CAN ADD A LITTLE WATER IF YOU'D LIKE.
  • 1 can
    corn, drained (optional)

How To Make hot dish

  • 1
    Brown the meat with veggies. Add soup. Simmer 15-20 MIN. MIX ALL TOGETHER. Can of drained corn is optional but I like the colour it gives the hot dish.
