honey margarine oven-fried salmon

I created this salmon recipe. It's oven fried with my creation of honey margarine and it's great with a side of potato au gratin.

Ingredients For honey margarine oven-fried salmon

  • 2 1/2 stick
    margarine
  • 3/4 c
    honey
  • 1 c
    panko bread crumbs
  • 1 c
    chopped honey roasted peanuts
  • 3/4 c
    grated asiago cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    sea salt mixed with black pepper
  • 2 lb
    salmon fillets

How To Make honey margarine oven-fried salmon

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a baking sheet.

    Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels.

    Mix margarine and honey together in a small bowl. Let stand for 5 minutes.

    Combine bread crumbs, chopped honey roasted peanuts, asiago cheese and sea salt/black pepper in a medium bowl.

    Coat salmon on all sides with creamy honey margarine using a rubber spatula.

    Press salmon into the bread crumb mixture to coat on all sides. Place on the prepared baking sheet.

    Bake at 375 degrees F for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
