I created this salmon recipe. It's oven fried with my creation of honey margarine and it's great with a side of potato au gratin.

2 1/2 stickmargarine

3/4 choney
-
1 cpanko bread crumbs
-
1 cchopped honey roasted peanuts

3/4 cgrated asiago cheese

1 Tbspsea salt mixed with black pepper

2 lbsalmon fillets
How To Make honey margarine oven-fried salmon

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a baking sheet.

2Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels.

3Mix margarine and honey together in a small bowl. Let stand for 5 minutes.

4Combine bread crumbs, chopped honey roasted peanuts, asiago cheese and sea salt/black pepper in a medium bowl.

5Coat salmon on all sides with creamy honey margarine using a rubber spatula.

6Press salmon into the bread crumb mixture to coat on all sides. Place on the prepared baking sheet.

7Bake at 375 degrees F for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
