I made this in November. I used a rotisserie Whole savory lemon Chicken. Cut breasts into chunks, shredded the rest. My hubby says for me to make it again. I enjoyed it too! Delish

Ingredients For honey garlic chicken stir fry

  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 2 c
    chicken breasts-shredded
  • 1 lg
    red bell pepper-chopped
  • 1 lg
    green bell pepper-chopped
  • 1 lg
    onion chopped
  • 1 -8 oz
    sliced mushrooms
  • 1 md
    crown broccoli -cut off flowerettes
  • 2 md
    zucchinis-sliced or in moon shapes
  • SAUCE
  • 6 clove
    minced
  • 1,2 c
    low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 c
    honey
  • 4 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 1 c
    low sodium chicken broth

How To Make honey garlic chicken stir fry

    Cut all veggies. Cook Chicken. Shred or chop. In a Deep Skillet, heat 3 T Olive Oil on Med/High Heat. Sauté Veggies and sliced mushrooms until onions are translucent.

    In a small bowl, whisk all sauce ingredients. Once incorporated, Pour over veggies. Bring to a boil, stirring until thickened.

    Serve over Rice or Crispy Chinese Noodles.
