Ingredients For homemade texas hamburgers

  • 2 1/4 lb
    hamburger meat
  • 1 pkg
    ranch dressing mix
  • 1/4 c
    worchestershire sauce
  • 4 tsp
    liquid smoke flavoring
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1 tsp
    hungarian paprika
  • 2 Tbsp
    cilantro
  • 2 tsp
    garlic pressed
  • 1 tsp
    jalapeno salt

How To Make homemade texas hamburgers

    Get medium size bowl with lid, place hamburger and all seasoning, mix will. Let it sit over night the flavors marry better that way.

    Take out of refridgerator and mix once more. Make the hamburger and place on platter.

    Heat your iron skillet and place hamburgers on it. Cook on both side for 4 minutes each. I put my hamburger press on it. It sears the hamburger beautifully.

    Take press off and place cheese on top.

    Put your iron skillet on top it melts the cheese really fast.

    When you take it of the cheese is melted beatifully.

    Toast the bread and get ready for the beast hamburger you ever locked your lips around! Serve with mustard & mayo,lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and onions.
