Ingredients For lisa's grilled california veggie sandwich

2 Tbspred pepper hummus
-
4 slicemulti grain bread loaf
-
1/2avocado
-
1/2 tsplemon juice
-
2 slicemonterey jack cheese
-
1red bell pepper, roasted
-
4 slicecucumber, peeled and sliced lengthwise

2 slicetomato
-
1/4 calfalfa sprouts
-
salt and pepper to taste

grilled veggies of choice. (season)
How To Make lisa's grilled california veggie sandwich

1Slice the avocado and squeeze lemon juice and salt & pepper. Set aside. Spread roasted red pepper hummus on each slice of bread.

2Next, top with cheese slices. Place roasted veggies on one side of bread. Used roasted red pepper and zuchinni.

3Cover with cucumber and tomato slices. Season with S&P Top w/california avocado & sprouts and cover with second slice of bread. Cut in half and enjoy!
