Ingredients For harvest garden veal

1/3 cflour

1 tspsalt, divided

1/2 tspblk pepper, dividedf

1 lbveal cutlets 1/2" thickness (i got four)

1/4 colive oil
-
3 clovegarlic, minced
-
3/4 cfresh tomatoes, chopped (remove seeds use just flesh)

2 Tbspfresh basil, choppd
-
1/2 cwhite wine.....mayb more :)
How To Make harvest garden veal

1IN A PLATE COMBINE FLOUR, 1/2 TSP SALT N 1/4 TSP BLK. PEPPER . COAT VEAL CUTLETS WITH THIS FLOUR MIXTURE.

2IN A LARGE PAN HEAT OLIVE OIL OVER MED/HIGH HEAT N ADD HALF OF THE CUTLETS TURN ONCE N BROWN LIGHTLY 4-5 MIN.ADD HALF OF THE GARLIC ONCE U FLIP CUTLETS. PLACE LIGHTLY BROWND CUTLETS ON PLATTER N COVER WITH FOIL...REPEAT PROCESS WITH REMAINN CUTLETS.

3ADD TOMATOES N BASIL TO PAN N SAUTÉ 1-2 MINUTES OR UNTIL TOMATOES SLIGHTLY SOFTN. ADD THE WINE N THE REMAINN SALT N PEPPER.

4RETURN THE VEAL TO THE PAN N COOK FOR 3-4 MINUTES UNTIL SAUCE HAS SLIGHTLY THICKND N VEAL IS HEATD THRU.....ENJOY :)
