This is an awesome caserole that you can use that left over ham in. My family loves this served with homemade bread and canned peaches warmed with a dash of cinnamon.

Ingredients For ham broccoli potato caserole

1small onion, chopped

8potatoes, peeled and cubed

1 pkgfrozen chopped broccoli

1 lbham, cubed

10 3/4 ozcream of mushroom soup

8 ozsour cream
-
4 ozcream cheese
-
8 ozcheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make ham broccoli potato caserole

1Put potatoes, broccoli, ham and cheddar cheese in large bowl. Mix thoroughly and set aside.

2In frying pan sprayed with cooking spray sautee onions.

3Add cream cheese, sour cream, and cream of mushroom soup to frying pan. Stir constantly until it is melted and smooth.

4Pour over ham mixture and mix completely.

5Take a 9 x 13 pan and spray with cooking spray. Pour caserole into it. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 45 minutes or until potatoes are soft.
