    flour

    butter

How To Make haluskie

    peel and cut up potato's puree in food processor pour in large mixing bowl gradually add flour eggs salt stir till all forms a thick gooy dough drop little dobs of batter into pot of boiling water stir often

    dice lrg onion saute in pan with butter

    if batter is to thin and dont form into dupplings may need more flour cook for 5 min drain add saute onions and butter mix well add 16 oz. shredded cheese mix well
