This delicious Halloween meal is made every October by one of our BUNKO hostesses and is a real treat for everyone!

Ingredients For halloween dinner - steph

10 - 12 lbpumpkin, cleaned out completely

1 lbground beef
-
1 lbpork sausage (friend uses italian sausage)

1 lgonion

1 lggreen pepper
-
1 ccelery
-
1 pkguncle ben's wild rice

1 cansliced water chestnuts

1 cancream of mushroom soup

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make halloween dinner - steph

1Cut off top of pumpkin and completely remove the insides of the pumpkin. Brown ground beef and sausage; saute vegetables. Drain grease. Put back in pan; add remaining ingredients and mix together. Put all ingredients inside the pumpkin and bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours. ENJOY!!

2Using Italian Sausage makes it a little spicier but you can use just regular sausage.
