ground beef, cabbage, and marinara
This has become a weekly/bi-weekly staple in our Keto household. Much like crustless pizza where we don't actually miss the crust, this is something that helps us not miss the pasta in spaghetti.

Ingredients For ground beef, cabbage, and marinara

salt and pepper, to taste

onion powder, to taste

garlic powder, to taste

1 lbground beef (or meat of your choice)

1 smonion, chopped

1 mdcabbage, chopped

1 jarRao's sugar-free marinara (or sugar-free sauce of choice)

optionalcrushed red pepper flakes

1/2 - 1/3 cshredded mozzarella cheese
How To Make ground beef, cabbage, and marinara

1Season and brown ground beef and onion until almost done.

2Add chopped cabbage and stir frequently until almost soft.

3Pour in marinara sauce and add red pepper flakes if using.

4Stir to combine and let cook down until heated through. I generally let mine simmer after it's good and mixed for about 30 min to allow any juice to evaporate.

5Top with cheese if using, put a lid on and let melt. Serve and enjoy.
