Ingredients For grilled smoked salmon and mozzarella on ciabatta

  • 1-2 slice
    smoked salmon
  • 1-2 slice
    smoked mozarella
  • 1/2 - 1
    ciabatta roll
  • 1-2
    pats of butter / margarine or
  • 1-2 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin

How To Make grilled smoked salmon and mozzarella on ciabatta

    put olive oil or butter on skillet and heat pan on low
  • 2
    use half or whole ciabatta roll depending on how much you want - slice open
  • 3
    fill sandwich with salmon and mozzarella
  • 4
    If you're using butter or margarine, spread a thin film on both sides of bread
  • 5
    turn the heat under the skillet up a little but keep it on medium to low heat in order not to burn the bread and ensure mozzarella melts - press sandwich together occasionally while grilling - flip often
  • 6
    remove from skillet and enjoy with half a glass of dry white wine
