1-2 slicesmoked salmon

1-2 slicesmoked mozarella

1/2 - 1ciabatta roll

1-2pats of butter / margarine or

1-2 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin
How To Make grilled smoked salmon and mozzarella on ciabatta

1put olive oil or butter on skillet and heat pan on low

2use half or whole ciabatta roll depending on how much you want - slice open

3fill sandwich with salmon and mozzarella

4If you're using butter or margarine, spread a thin film on both sides of bread

5turn the heat under the skillet up a little but keep it on medium to low heat in order not to burn the bread and ensure mozzarella melts - press sandwich together occasionally while grilling - flip often

6remove from skillet and enjoy with half a glass of dry white wine
