Ingredients For grilled lamb chops with mustard bbq sauce

1/2 cdijon mustard

1/4 cbalsamic vinegar

1/4 cketchup
-
1/4 cmolasses

1/4 choney

2 Tbspmaple syrup

2 Tbsprice wine vinegar

salt and freshly ground black pepper

84-5 ounce porterhouse lamb chops

2 Tbspcanola oil
How To Make grilled lamb chops with mustard bbq sauce

1Whisk together mustard, vinegar, ketchup, molasses, honey, maple syrup and rice wine vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Cover and let stand at room temperature for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to marry.

2Preheat grill on high heat

3Brush lamb chops with canola oil and seaon both sides with salt and pepper

4Grill one side of lamb chops until golden brown and slightly charred and brush with sauce

5Turn chops and grill to medium doneness, brushing with sauce

6Remove chops to serving platter, brush with more sauce and let rest for 5 minutes before serving
