Okay, so the name is funny and you've probably guessed - this is my take on a Greek pizza.

Not only is this pizza recipe easy to make, but it's also full of great flavor. The cream cheese in the spinach spread adds a lot of zing. The pizza toppings pair together well adding to the fabulous Greek flavors. A super yummy pizza recipe!

Ingredients For greekzza!
- SPINACH SPREAD

a handfulfresh spinach

1/4 cmozzarella cheese, shredded
-
3 TbspGreek salad dressing (I use Ken's)

1/2 pkgcream cheese (softened), 4 oz.
- THE PIZZA AND TOPPINGS

1refrigerated pizza dough
-
1cooked and pulled chicken breast

4 TbspGreek dressing
-
Kalamata olives and Feta cheese
How To Make greekzza!

1Put pulled chicken in a baggie or bowl with the 4 tbsp of dressing for a quick marinate. Spread the pizza dough onto a baking pan and bake at 350 for 10 minutes.

2Combine all spinach spread ingredients in a food processor and mix to a creamy consistency.

3Remove the pizza dough. Spread the spinach mixture and top with olives, chicken, and feta. Return to the oven at 350 for an additional 12-15 minutes. Cut and serve!
