Ingredients For greek shrimp and lemon

  • 1 lb
    cooked shrimp, peeled & deveied
  • 1 Tbsp
    all-purpose greek seasoning
  • 1
    lemon - juice and zest
  • 1 tsp
    dried mint, crumbled or 1 tablespoon fresh mint
  • 1 tsp
    dried parsley, crumbled or 1 tablespoon fresh
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 clove
    minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp
    red pepper flakes (or to taste)
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • feta cheese (optional)

How To Make greek shrimp and lemon

    Combine shrimp, Greek seasoning, lemon juice and zest, mint & parsley in a small bowl. Set aside.

    Add olive oil, garlic and red pepper flakes to a large skillet and sauce on medium-high for 30 seconds or so. Add shrimp and butter. Saute for 2-3 minutes until shrimp turns pink. Do not overcook - pre-cooked shrimp only need to be heated up!

    Sprinkle some feta on each serving before serving, if desired!
