Ingredients For greek shrimp and lemon

1 lbcooked shrimp, peeled & deveied

1 Tbspall-purpose greek seasoning

1lemon - juice and zest
-
1 tspdried mint, crumbled or 1 tablespoon fresh mint

1 tspdried parsley, crumbled or 1 tablespoon fresh

1 Tbspolive oil
-
2 cloveminced garlic
-
1/2 tspred pepper flakes (or to taste)

2 Tbspbutter
-
salt and pepper to taste

feta cheese (optional)
How To Make greek shrimp and lemon

1Combine shrimp, Greek seasoning, lemon juice and zest, mint & parsley in a small bowl. Set aside.

2Add olive oil, garlic and red pepper flakes to a large skillet and sauce on medium-high for 30 seconds or so. Add shrimp and butter. Saute for 2-3 minutes until shrimp turns pink. Do not overcook - pre-cooked shrimp only need to be heated up!

3Sprinkle some feta on each serving before serving, if desired!
