Ingredients For grandma's spaghetti

5-6 lbchuck roast

1 lgbunch of celery

6 lgonions

1 1/2 lbswiss chees

1 lgcan of tomatoes, chopped

1 tspaccent. i do not add this, but this is how the recipe was written.

salt and pepper to taste.

1 lbthin spaghetti
How To Make grandma's spaghetti

1Trim most of the fat from the roast. Then put about 2 tble crisco in large pot and brown meat on both sides. Cover with water, add tomatoes then boil till half done.

2Add salt,pepper and accent. Cut celery up and dice onions not to small. Add to meat and cook until meat is tender.

3Boil spaghetti about 7 min. in salted water. Put a layer of spaghetti in casserole then cheese and sauce. repeat layers till spaghetti and cheese are done.

4Bake 350 for 1 hr. There should be broth and meat leftover. When serving ladle a little over the spaghetti.
