I like to some times use pepper jack cheese, to kind a pep it up. nice one pot meal, when I am in a hurry..

Ingredients For german pizza

  • 6-8
    large potatoes peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 c
    onion. chopped
  • 1 can
    spam, cubed
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 4
    eggs
  • 4 slice
    american cheese
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • oil to fry in

How To Make german pizza

  • 1
    1 tablespoon in a skillet heat and add cubed spam and fry golden brown remove to paper towel
  • 2
    add more oil and add onions and potatoes. sprinkle on spices-garlic power and salt--pepper. fry golden brown and return meat, stir to mix. level out potatoes and make four big dips in potatoes
  • 3
    crack an egg in each dip, put lid on and let eggs set up. time depends on how hot potatoes were to start with. remove lid put a slice of cheese on each egg and cover till melted. enjoy serves 4
