We have worked on this for years. If you like spicy you will love this. Now if you can find a scotch bonnet that would go really good but if you don't like spicy this would be probably be just as good with mild peppers

1 1/4 lbeach of kidney and pinto beans

1 lgsweet onion

3 clovegarlic
-
2habanero
-
1/2anaheim
-
1/2banana pepper
-
1jalapeno
-
2cayenne peppers
-
3/4 lbground beef
-
4 ozmexican chorizo
-
1 candiced tomatos
-
55 oztomato sauce
-
6 oztomato paste
-
5 Tbspchili powder
-
1 Tbspcumin
-
2 Tbspsmoked paprika
-
1 Tbspnutmeg or mace
-
salt and pepper to taste

olive oil just enough to cover a skillet

1green and red bell peppers
-
water to the consistency you like
How To Make fuzzy's carolina chili

1The night before put beans in a pot bring to a boil remove from heat let sit overnight.

2The next day cut up all the onions garlic peppers, measure out all the spices.

3In a skillet add enough olive oil to coat the pan skillet bring up to a saute temp add onion garlic add ground beef and chirizo cook till meat is done.

4In a slow cooker add the meat mixture along with all other ingredents.

5Cook all day till the beans are tender.
