Ingredients For fried tatters and sausage

  • 2 Tbsp
    cooking oil
  • 4-5 lg
    potatoes
  • 1 pkg
    sausage( skinless)

How To Make fried tatters and sausage

    Peel and chop up potatoes. Add oil and potatoes to pan and cook until done.

    In meantime chop up sausage. Add sausage to potatoes and cook until browned.
