I always loved chicken tenders, so I created this recipe with a style from Louisiana Cowboy meals. It is great on po-boy sandwiches.

Ingredients For louisiana cowboy chicken tenders

1 cheavy cream

2 cbuttermilk

3/4 choney barbecue sauce

1 cblue cheese dressing

2 Tbspcrushed red pepper flakes

3/4 cjalapeno pickling liquid

6boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into tenders

3 tspCreole seasoning

3 ccrushed barbecue potato chips
How To Make louisiana cowboy chicken tenders

1In a large bowl, combine buttermilk, heavy cream, barbecue sauce, blue cheese dressing, red pepper flakes, and jalapeno pickling liquid; whisk together until blended.

2Season chicken tenders with Creole seasoning.

3Place chicken tenders into the buttermilk mixture; mix well. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Marinate for 4 hours.

4Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Coat with cooking spray.

5Take the chicken tenders out the bowl of buttermilk mixture into a large Ziploc bag.

6Add crushed barbecue potato chips to the bag of chicken tenders. Seal and shake the bag to coat it thoroughly.

7Remove from the bag; place on prepared baking sheet.

8Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear; about 15 minutes.
