Ingredients For easy sausage supper

1sliced onion
-
2 Tbspolive oil
-
2=4 clovegarlic or more if you like

1red bell pepper chopped or sliced
-
4-6links of garlic sausage or if you prefer turkey sausage

1 candiced tomatoes with juice

2 crice
-
1 cangreen beans drained
How To Make easy sausage supper

1warm olive oil in large skillet,add onions and bell pepper,cook until beginning to soften
-
2add garlic,but careful not to burn or it becomes bitter

3Start water for rice-use whatever rice you like-quick cooking is fastest

4Add sausage sliced into about 1/2 pieces and ad to pan,let brown
-
5Add can of tomatoes and green beans let simmer for about 10minutes

6salt and pepper to taste,place 1/2 cup rice on plate and add sausage mix,

7Serve with salad and crusty bread
