1 bagfrozen broccoli

1 Tbspred pepper flakes (optional)

2 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

1/2 bagfrozen corn (optional)

1grill and sweat the onion in oil (chopped)

2chop firm tofu in bite size squares add

3add broccoli and corn and red pepper flakes also salt and pepper cover on simmer 10 minutes you're done
