I love this with a pan of corn bread or crackers. Any type of frozen potato will work, a friend of mine used tator tots and it was so very good.

Ingredients For easy crockpot potato soup

  • 1 pkg
    30 oz. frozen hashbrowns
  • 3 can
    14 oz chicken broth
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c
    onion
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1 pkg
    8 oz. cream cheese
  • 4 slice
    cooked bacon
  • shredded cheese
  • green onions
  • sour cream

How To Make easy crockpot potato soup

    Cook bacon until good and done,drain on paper towel to soak up grease.

    Combine all ingredients except cream cheese and last three ingredients (those are for garnish)and put in crockpot.

    Cook on low for 6-8 hours. In last hour put in cream cheese and cook until well combined. Enjoy!
