Ingredients For duck dressing

4ducks
-
1 stickmargarine, melted
-
1 lgpackage seasoned bread stuffing

1 1/2 cduck broth
-
1/2 ccelery, diced

1onion, chopped

1/2 cmayonnaise
-
2eggs, beaten
-
1 1/2 cmilk
-
1 cancream of mushroom soup

1 ccheddar cheese, grated
How To Make duck dressing

1Place ducks in saucepan. Cover with water. Boil until tender in covered saucepan. Save broth.

2Remove meat from the bones and chop.

3Mix well with all ingredients except soup and cheese.

4Put in large buttered casserole dish and let stand overnight in the refrigerator.

5Pour mushroom soup over casserole and bake for 1-1/2 hours at 400 degrees. Sprinkle grated cheese over top of casserole the last few minutes of cooking.
