Ingredients For cubed steak italiano

2 Tbspolive oil

1 lbcubed venison steaks, cut into strips

1onion, sliced

1green pepper, cut into strips

1garlic clove, minced
-
1 csliced mushrooms
-
1 jar(26-ounce) meatless spaghetti sauce

1 tspbasil, dried
-
salt and pepper to taste
How To Make cubed steak italiano

1In a large skillet, heat olive oil and saute steak strips, onion, green pepper, garlic and mushrooms until done.

2Stir in spaghetti sauce, basil, salt and pepper.

3Cover and simmer for 15 - 30 minutes to blend flavors.

4Serve over paste of your choice.
