Ingredients For croissandwiches

  • 1 pkg
    croissants
  • 1 pkg
    hollandaise sauce (prepare and set aside)
  • 1 can
    asparagus, canned (drained)
  • 1/2 lb
    ham slices (very thin)
  • 1/2 lb
    turkey slices (very thin)

How To Make croissandwiches

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees farenheit.

    Prepare hollandaise sauce and set aside. I use the Knorr brand.

    Slice croissants long way like you are going to make a sandwich. Place them on a cookie sheet. Spread a layer of ham and a layer of turkey on each croissant half. Lay 2-3 asparagus spears on top of the meat. Drizzle as much or as little of the hollandaise sauce on the top of the asparagus. I use all of the hollandaise. Heat until the hollandaise sauce in warm and bubbly. It takes about 15 minutes to heat them up. People go nuts when they eat this.
