My husband's sister gave us this recipe. She enjoyed cooking and was always looking for simple and easy dishes that didn't compromise on flavor. This one certainly fits that criteria. Fast, easy, and flavorful!!!

Ingredients For crockpot jambalya

2 lbsraw shrimp or smoked sausage cut into bite size pieces

2 cancream of chicken soup

2 canfrench onion soup (campbells)

1 1/2 stickbutter (cut into small squares)

3 craw rice
-
1 lgonion, chopped
-
1 canrotel tomatoes (original, mild or spicy)

1/8 cparsley flakes
How To Make crockpot jambalya

1Place all of the above ingredients in crockpot and mix well.

2Place lid on crockpot and cook on high setting for approximately 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
