Ingredients For crock pot macaroni and cheese

  • 1 16oz. box
    macaroni, elbow
  • 2 Tbsp
    oil
  • 2 stick
    margarine { melt in micro. }
  • 1 can
    evaporated milk
  • 1 can
    cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 1/2 c
    milk
  • 2 c
    shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 c
    shredded monterey jack cheese, colby, mozzarella cheese, or other cheese
  • 1/2 c
    shredded swiss cheese

How To Make crock pot macaroni and cheese

  • 1
    Boil macaroni only five minutes rinse and drain. Oil crook pot, with the two Tbsp. of oil. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, While Macaroni is cooking. mix evrything in a bowl, using only 3/4 of the grated cheese, saving enough cheddar cheese to cover the top. Put mixture in crock pot and put remaining cheese on top Let cook in crock pot 3 - 4 hours on hi or cook 5 - 6 hours on low.
