Ingredients For crispy sesame ginger tofu

  • 1 lb
    tofu, firm
  • 1 Tbsp
    sesame seeds, roasted
  • 1/4 tsp
    ginger powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    canola oil
  • 1/4 c
    soy sauce, low sodium

How To Make crispy sesame ginger tofu

  • 1
    cut tofu in half, place between paper towels and put weight on top ( cast iron skillet works great) if you don't have one you can use a couple cans from pantry.

    let sit for at least 20 mins, tofu needs to be completely rid of excess water in order for it to be crispy.

    cut into cubes, and fry on each side until golden brown.
  • 4
    add in the rest of the ingredients and toss well..Enjoy alone or over practically anything..soo crispy and delicious
