Ingredients For creole stuffing

1 ccubed cornbread

2 ccubed dried whole wheat bread, crusts removed

1 cancooked chopped ham
-
3/4 cchopped smoked kielbasa

1/2 cchopped red bell pepper

1/4 cchopped celery
-
3 Tbspchopped onion
-
2 1/2 tspcreole seasoning or tony's

2eggs, lightly beaten

1 1/2 creduce-sodium chicken broth
How To Make creole stuffing

1Heat oven to 325 degrees. Spray a 2-quart casserole with cooking spray.

2In large bowl, combine cornbread, bread cubes, ham, kielbasa, bell pepper, celery, onion, Creole seasoning and eggs; mix well. Stir in broth; mix well.

3Transfer mixture to casserole. Cover and bake 60 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
