creamy ham and noodles
This recipe was created by me to use up ham lunch meat and sour cream. It made a quick and tasty lunch! Everyone loves it! Hope you do too!

Ingredients For creamy ham and noodles

1 bagwide egg noodles

1 cancream of mushroom soup

8 ozsour cream

1 tspseasoning salt

2 tspold bay brand hot sauce

1/2 tspground black pepper

1 Tbspbutter
-
8 ozdeli sliced ham
-
1 cancut green beans
-
1 tspdried minced garlic
-
1 canfrench fried onions, optional
How To Make creamy ham and noodles

1Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

2While noodles are cooking roughly chop ham and drain green beans.

3Then combine soup, sour cream, Old Bay hot sauce, black pepper and seasoning salt in a medium mixing bowl, set aside.

4In pot used to cook noodles, melt butter over medium heat. Add ham and heat through while stirring. Add green beans and dried garlic and heat through while stirring. Return noodles to pot and stir well to combine.

5Add cream soup mixture and stir well to combine and heat through. Remove from heat and serve.

6Optional, top each serving with french fried onions.
