Ingredients For crawfish corn maque choux

1 stickbutter

1 cbell pepper, chopped

1 conion, chopped

1 ctomatoes, chopped

1 lbcrawfish tails, peeled

16 ozcan whole kernal corn. drained

12 ozcan creamed corn

salt, pepper and red pepper to taste

1 clovegarlic, crushed
How To Make crawfish corn maque choux

1Melt butter in a skillet.

2Add onions, bell pepper, garlic and crawfish tails. Saute.

3Add tomatoes, and both cans of corn. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper.

4Cook uncovered on medium heat for about 30 minutes.

5Great served as a side dish or served over rice as a main dish.
