    cream of mushroom
  • 1 can
    whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can
    rotel
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • onion, garlic, bellpepper
  • bag of shredded cheese
  • 1/2 small block velveeta or jalopeno cheese
  • 3 c
    cooked rice
  • fresh or can of sliced mushrooms

    SAUTEE ONIONS, ETC IN BUTTER, ADD CRAWFISH AND FAT. ADD CM MUSHROOM, CORN, ROTEL

    CUT UP VELVEETA, STIR IN UNTIL MELTED

    MIX IN CASSEROLE DISH WITH RICE AND TOP WITH SHREDDED CHEESE, BAKE AT 300 TIL CHEESE MELTS
