Ingredients For cornflake casserole

  • 20 oz
    country style hashbrowns
  • 1/2 c
    butter, melted
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 2 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make cornflake casserole

  • before the cornflakes, after placed in pan

    Combine all ingredients listed. Put in 9X13 pan
  • 2
    Mix 1/4 cup melted butter with about 2 cups of crushed cornflakes (more or less depending on how crispy you want it), sprinkle on top

    Bake at 350F for 40-45 minutes
