How To Make corned beef hash

1Heat 2-3 tablespoons of cooking oil in a large nonstick pan. When hot, add the diced onion and potatoes, and stir together. Cook, turning and stirring often, until the potatoes are lightly browned and tender. Season with pepper as desired during cooking.
